Clients must confirm their
departure time by phoning Hotelink oat least 48 hours
prior to departure or on arrival at the hotel. A leeway of 30 minutes is
given to allow for adverse traffic conditions (eg 08.00-08.30), however
clients should be ready to leave at the beginning of this period,
waiting by the porter's desk. |
